Kate Farms is a plant-based nutrition brand trusted by families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals alike. Known for combining clinical nutrition standards with a more human-centered brand experience, the company has built a loyal following in a category where trust, clarity, and emotional sensitivity matter deeply.
Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaigns are designed to create urgency. But for Kate Farms, the challenge was more nuanced than simply driving seasonal promotion.
The brand needed to create a campaign that felt energetic, elevated, and visually distinct without disrupting the sense of trust and care that defines the broader Kate Farms experience. In a category shaped by health, wellness, and caregiving, overly aggressive promotional language or visually loud campaign systems risked feeling out of step with the emotional expectations of the audience.
The challenge was finding a way to introduce excitement and urgency while still feeling unmistakably Kate Farms.
We developed a campaign system centered around the idea of reveal and anticipation, creating a visual moment that signaled a meaningful departure from the brand’s evergreen communications without abandoning the integrity of the core identity.
A custom motion language and expanded promotional color palette helped establish a stronger sense of occasion across channels, while typography, product representation, and messaging remained grounded in the existing Kate Farms brand system. The result was a campaign that felt promotional without becoming visually chaotic or disconnected from the trust the brand had already established with its audience.
At the center of the campaign was a reveal animation that became the primary visual anchor across email, paid media, retargeting, and social placements. From there, we built a modular asset system designed for rapid deployment across formats and placements.
Working within a one-week production timeline, we developed 48 campaign assets that allowed the brand to maintain consistency across touchpoints while still moving at the speed required for a high-volume promotional window.
