
Thrive in Harmony is a nonprofit initiative redefining workplace culture in Washington, DC. More than a DEI program, it provides practical tools that help organizations foster openness and curiosity, creating spaces where diverse perspectives drive shared success. Working closely with stakeholders, we developed a brand strategy and narrative that moved beyond the politicized framing of DEI. The new story positioned curiosity and empathy as strengths that fuel innovation, well-being, and growth. Visually and verbally, the brand reflects warmth, optimism, and balance — creating a sense of possibility rather than prescription.
